John is amazing, and the ONLY plumber our whole family uses. We've used his services for the last 9 years in our house and our rentals, with at least 30 projects during that timeframe, and each one was done promptly, perfectly, no callbacks ever needed (which has never been the case with any other plumber I have used in my life). One of my favorite things is that I can call him any day and he'll offer to come either that day or the next. He's saved us during our DIYs on weekends when we've had emergencies (like when we pick axed a water pipe) and he's rushed right over on a Saturday or Sunday. Amazing. And if for some reason he's out of town, he'll facetime us and tell us what to do! So helpful, always. He's humble, reliable, kind, respectful, and knows what he's doing.
